CSPR Executive Director Dr. Stella Mungaila Has Died
Civil Society for Poverty Reduction (CSPR) executive director Dr. Stella Mungaila has died, reportedly from COVID-19.
Dr Mungaila recently got the top job at CSPR after Mr. Patrick Nshindano was appointed Electoral Commission of Zambia Chief Electoral Officer.

Prior to her appointment, Dr Mungaila was a lecturer at the University of Zambia and an International Consultant.
